Open season

The Chicago Artists’ Coalition presents the tenth annual Chicago Art Open at Iron Studios from Thursday 4 to October 27, including an opening benefit Friday 5 from 6 to 10pm. Of the 300 local artists presenting their work, approximately 10 percent will be designated “Curator’s Choice” by jurors Sabina Ott, Columbia College; Karen Irvine, Museum of Contemporary Photography; and gallerist Linda Warren. The show also will feature pieces by 40 Chicago-area students.
