Only The Onion’s inventory could contain lists of songs about bus travel, songs nearly ruined by saxophone and ridiculous horror-movie adversaries. But that’s what’s contained herein, the A.V. Club’s Inventory (Simon & Schuster, $18). One of our favorites: “15 Really Good Bands with Really Bad Names,” which includes perpetual irritations like Flamin’ Groovies and Archers of Loaf.
