Boasting "the best rare soul DJs in Chicago" is no small thing, our city has at least three solid soul nights and rarity and playability are subjective topics in the soul DJ circuit. But Windy City Soul Club, specializing in Northern soul dancer's cuts, does have a good solid following and its monthly at the Empty Bottle has been consistently a frisky, freewheeling affair—and almost always sold-out. TOC was on hand Saturday night to capture the dancefloor magic. On December 4th, WCSC celebrates its two-year anniversary, early arrival suggested.
