Revealed: The menu for Tavernita

A few weeks ago I wrote about the ups (and downs) (and more ups!) of chef Ryan Poli's admirable cooking career. The story was an amuse bouche if you will (and even if you won't)—something to whet your appetite for Tavernita (151 W Erie St, tavernita.com), Poli's forthcoming Spanish spot. Today, I bring you one more item that might get you excited for the restaurant, which appears to be on track to open before the new year: The menu. Check it out in its entirety, after the jump.
