Vice squad The trio behind BOKA (chef Giuseppe Scurato and owners Kevin Boehm and Rob Katz) may take their food seriously, but little else. To wit, they're doubling up on controversial indulgences with an Au Revoir Foie and Cigarettes promotion. In light of the recent smoking ban and in anticipation of a possible foie gras embargo, diners who order the seared Hudson Valley foie gras (served with duck confit, parsnip puree, and dried cherries and apricots) can choose from a selection of premium imported cigarettes to suck down on the heated, covered patio.
