To wit, they're doubling up on controversial indulgences with an Au Revoir Foie and Cigarettes promotion. In light of the recent smoking ban and in anticipation of a possible foie gras embargo, diners who order the seared Hudson Valley foie gras (served with duck confit, parsnip puree, and dried cherries and apricots) can choose from a selection of premium imported cigarettes to suck down on the heated, covered patio.
