Chefs Didier Durand of Cyrano’s Bistrot and John Caputo of BIN 36 will join seven other members of Chicago Chefs for Choice tonight as they prepare a six-course Freedom of Choice Dinner, a fund-raiser for the Campaign to Repeal the Foie Gras Ban. $139. 5:30pm. Ras Dashen’s five-course beer and food–pairing dinner is an affordable way to experience how the right suds can befriend Ethiopia’s fiery flavors.
