Once upon a time this was a hipster shithole known as the "Alcohol Abuse Center." Now it's just another neighborhood tap among Ukrainian Village's low-rise condos, with a craft-beer list and a gastropubby menu. Eat at Tuman's? We wouldn't exactly go out of our way to do it, but the steak-and-blue-cheese sandwich isn't bad. At least, not when you're as wasted as everyone else here.
