Here’s something you didn’t know existed: A clock, the sole function of which is to count down the days, hours, minutes and seconds until Cinco de Mayo. Treasures like these bedeck this Gold Coast bar, which has locations in Los Angeles and Las Vegas, with a second Chicago one in the works. Between the walls (airbrushed with truly amazing beach scenes), there’s a sandbox (though you can’t play in it), a bar with a thatched roof and margaritas that require two hands to safely bring to your lips. Who knew a frat boy’s idea of “paradise” could come rendered in such detail?
