A day in the life of Alinea
For those of you who missed the A Razor, A Shiny Knife dinner two weeks ago - or the blow-by-blow account we posted - during which a handful of NYC chefs aped the famed Grant Achatz/Thomas Keller meal, the event's mastermind Michael Cirino is blogging about his Chicago experience over on our sister publication TONY's The Feed.
