Revealed: The new dinner menu at Rootstock
Rootstock, that adorable respite in Humboldt Park, has filled the space vacated by chef Remy Ayesh with a new chef: Duncan Biddulph, a former sous chef at Lula Cafe. Word on the street is that he's doing great things. I wouldn't know—I haven't been yet—but I'll admit that there are items on his menu (like a country ham sandwich with butternut squash puree) I'd like to get to know.
