Todd Stein to leave Cibo Matto, will be chef at the Florentine

Chicago magazine's Dish reports that Todd Stein, the chef of the Wit hotel's Cibo Matto, will be leaving the restaurant to become the chef at the Florentine, an Italian restaurant operated by the BLT group, slated to open in October in the JW Marriott Chicago.
