Revealed: The menu for Vincent, opening in September
In early September, chef Joncarl Lachman (the chef-owner of HB) and Lynn Malec (the owner of La Tache) will open Vincent, an Amsterdam-style restaurant that will replace La Tache at 1475 W Balmoral Ave. Lachman will have complete creative control over the restaurant's look and menus, and he's injecting both with a Dutch sensibility.
