Last Wednesday, the D&LS went Italian as Chef Giuseppe Tentori prepared a five-course meal and an aperitif featuring Martini Rosanto and mixologist Benjamin Schiller made drinks that had us rethink Martin & Rossi paired with each course at Boka. TOC's elusive man of refined palate David Tamarkin hosted—or did he? We'll never know for sure.
