Chef Chrissy Camba is now at the helm of this American brasserie, which has lost a bit of its Dutch leaning from when it first opened. Lekkerbekjes on snert—that is, two golden pieces of beautifully fried cod over a green pea puree—is still a signature, as are the mussels with frites. But Camba has also added a shrimp tartine, a vegetable wellington, and a three-course tasting menu that may or may not (but probably will) be heavy on offal.
