Luckily, chocolate bunnies are ditched in favor of braised lamb with sweet peppers and garlic and oregano–flecked rotisserie chicken so succulent that a simple twist frees the meat from the bone. Complimentary aji, a mayo-based sauce kicked up with Peruvian green peppers, is perfect for dipping crispy fried plantains and empanadas.
