Lincoln Park loves its tapas joints, and this is the granddaddy of them all. The ingredients are fresh and of good quality: Zesty Manchego, full-bodied olive oil, tangy anchovies and spicy chorizo fill the menu. Thick bacon is wrapped around juicy dates and roasted, and sherry tomato sauce tops tiny, tender meatballs. We can’t find a thread of saffron in our paella, but most of the loud, sangria-filled patrons don’t seem to mind.
