How does a lobster roll fare as a “naanwich”? Matt Maroni built a business around finding the answer to this question, employing housemade, Indian-inspired bread as the vehicle for his creations, most notably to be sold from the truck that garnered a river of media ink. The naanwiches themselves—particularly the wild boar with olives and pickled onions—are solid and filling, but Maroni has become known more for his role as a consultant and booster of the local food-truck scene, meaning you're likely to see him anywhere there's a mobile-food happening.
