Khan B.B.Q.

This institution’s relocation after a fire didn’t change much: The spicy, marinated, chargrilled chicken chunks (boti), the juicy sausage-shaped ground-beef patties (seekh kebab), and veggie dishes like creamy spinach with potato chunks (aloo palak) are all as great (and cheap) as they were at the old Khan. Service is slower at this larger space, but the trade-off is that the air isn’t quite as thick with the charcoal smoke that ultimately destroyed the previous location.
