The 26-page, global, meatless menu takes awhile to navigate, with choices inspired from cuisines of America, Italy, Mexico, the Middle East and, most notably, India. Given that the owners of this decades-old veg haven are Indian, we suggest sticking to the filled crêpelike dosas, the rice-lentil pancakes dubbed uttapam, any of the veggie-packed curries and the addictive crunchy-sweet-spicy bhel chaats.
