This Uptown spot is a haven for those seeking upscale Indian eats. The room is dateworthy; the wine list is pairing-friendly. And many of the contemporary dishes—like the duck-leg confit with blistered green beans, seared peppercorn-crusted thick yogurt cheese with orange-coriander-dressed greens, and expertly grilled kalonji chicken with almond and raisin–studded rice pulao—are worth the extra dough you’ll spend eating here rather than on Devon.
