Vegan takeover! This meatless chain from California is taking Chicago by storm, beginning with this Wicker Park outpost. Salads are big enough to allay even the proudest meat-eater's fear of leaving hungry: We liked the samosa one, in which chickpeas and potatoes tossed in a spicy coconut-cilantro chutney play off cool slices of mango. Try the Twister Wrap (with grilled "Native Chicken" that's light and flavorful), and don't skip surprisingly good desserts like the peanut-butter parfait and cheesecake with granola crust. We don't know if they've cloned "Chef Tanya"—who founded the chain—or what, but don't be surprised to see this exuberant woman checking in on tables, making sure you "keep enjoying!"
