This place gives other Persian spots in town a run for their money. To get a sense of its fresh ingredients, start with the masto khiar, mint and cucumber in a housemade yogurt, or the olovieh, a delicious chicken-and-potato spread. Then, try the juicy Masouleh (ground beef) kebab and the khoureshte gheimeh bademjan, a succulent eggplant and steak stew. By the end, you’ll know what real Persian food tastes like, so you’ll never want to eat that other Persian stuff again.
