Mother-daughter team Dobra Bielinski and Stasia Hawyrszczuk opened this second location after their Jefferson Park bakery spent the last decade building up a rep as the preferred stop for those seeking Polish pastries (or other European sweets for that matter). Here, you’ll find the same danishes, cookies, layer cakes and paczki that you would at the original, only perhaps a bit less of a line—unless, of course, you’re coming on paczki day. In that case, God help you.
