The namesake eats are essentially Kolkata-style kathi rolls, warm and flaky rounds of paratha wrapped around a few spoonfuls of chicken tikka, lamb curry or golden turmeric potatoes, all aggressively seasoned and garnished with the bright flavors of pickled onions and cilantro chutney.
