Within a year, this California-based vegan chain has opened three outposts in Chicago. The latest is a surprisingly roomy space in the heart of the Loop, where swarms descend at lunchtime for the restaurant's faux-meat staples. We like the chicken-and-avocado Twister Wrap that really (like, eerily) tastes like chicken and the overflowing Yo Amigo taco salad with crunchy tortilla strips. In fact, we like these dishes so much that we finally gave in to the relentlessly perky staff's urging and became card-carrying members of the restaurant's loyalty program.
