As pleasant and sunny as this dining room is, sticklers for authenticity should steer clear. The rest of us, however, may be able to appreciate the “Heavenly Tofu” (tossed with peanuts, chile peppers and soy sauce to sweet-hot results) and “Bite Size Delights” (tiny lettuce rolls with dried shrimp, ginger and coconut) for the Americanized Thai food it is. On Sunday mornings there’s a brunch buffet, and if there’s a better cure for hangovers than unlimited banana fritters and “Dreamy, Creamy, Crispy Crab” (a.k.a. crab rangoon), we’ve yet to find it.
