If not for the unfortunate storefront location just off the Northwest Tollway, it'd be easy to forget that this sushi joint is in northwest suburban Des Plaines. Everything about this place oozes authentic, from the waitresses who barely speak a word of English (no worries, menus are in English) to the refreshing signature rolls coming from the chic sushi bar. Don't miss the (admittedly less-authentic) Kiss of Fire, a roll stuffed with crab meat, avocado and cucumber then topped with red snapper and set on fire tableside.
