A restaurant putting out this quality of Mexican food has no business being so humble and unknown. Which is why it will probably be on everybody’s radar soon. So go now, before word gets out about its empanadas bursting with melty queso, the fresh guacamole that’s pounded in a molcajete to order, and most of all, the poc chuck, three uncommonly juicy pieces of pork paired with an achiote salsa.
