While some local businesses are closing their doors for good and setting up shop online, Nicholas Hansen took the opposite approach with his custom men’s clothing line. Shortly after launching his site (nicholas-joseph.com), Hansen started taking appointments with clients inside Halo for Men’s Gold Coast location. Pushing it a step further, he recently converted a small salon room into his own retail area, where guys can browse fabric samples and try on made-to-order shirts ($99–$149) and suits ($499 and up) before getting a haircut.
