Fashion focus Boystown has more than its share of novelty and sex-toy shops, so Marc Engel decided to add some fashion to the mix with a different kind of boutique. Like his other store, Chasalla on Oak Street, this new boutique features men’s and women’s clothing and accessories from American and European designers such as Buffalo Denim, Naked & Famous Denim and Shades of Greige. Engel keeps the merch in the apartment-like space budget-friendly, with most items priced between $19 and $200. And while its name suggests that the shop (open daily from noon–7pm) is packed to the gills, Engel came up with it by simply spelling his first name backward. 3331 N Broadway (773-883-1940).
