Best for Type A Us Weekly fans with a gym membership. iTRAIN’s (the company behind iTREAD) workouts, said to be favored by Courteney Cox and the Pussycat Dolls, require cardio equipment and attentiveness, as speed or incline changes every two minutes.

Try it at A room with a docking station. Anywhere large enough to lay out a mat satisfies space requirements, but it ain’t easy assuming downward dog or backbending while clutching an iPod.
