His background “I was the owner’s right-hand man for four years at a small architecture firm in Evanston. I created all construction documents and helped design single-family homes, condos and community clubhouses, with an emphasis on active-adult communities here and on the East Coast. I was the last employee left when the economy/housing market crashed, and we ran out of work.”
What he’s looking for “I love designing and working on high-end, custom single-family homes. Unfortunately, this is a small market. Right now, hospitals, schools and senior housing are extremely important for our society, and I would very much enjoy working on these types of facilities.”
