We were curious about the state of the unoccupied penthouse in Trump Tower, and the folks there were nice enough to give our photographer the run of the place for an afternoon—though they wouldn't take our no-money-down offer on the place. The asking price for the massive, 7-bedroom, 6-bath, 89th-floor crown jewel is $30 million, but—despite the 16-foot ceilings and unstoppable 360º views—it has not sold since the tower went up in 2009. So if you're looking to drop some cash on the most amazing views in Chicago (it looks down on the Hancock!), check to see if the Donald's willing to negotiate.
