Lockwood, the intimate and elegant restaurant located inside Chicago’s historic Palmer House Hilton (17 E Monroe St), features contemporary American cuisine and a well-edited wine list. With a continuously changing and seasonally driven menu inspired by the Napa Valley region of California, executive chef Greg Elliot serves only the freshest ingredients. Signature dinner dishes include the Florida red grouper, Loch Duart salmon and the Alaskan sablefish. Its dramatic wine room encompasses a library-style wine rack with more than 900 bottles on display. Visit seven days a week for breakfast, lunch or dinner and enjoy a delectable dish this summer season.
